I noticed dents on the car, and after reviewing the recording, I saw how a man in black clothes was punching the hood, and what he did next was truly horrifying
Today I went to the store for groceries — as usual, nothing special.
I spent about an hour there, wandering between shelves, picking food, some clothes, and then, loaded with bags, walked out to the parking lot.
When I approached the car, my heart sank — the hood was covered in dents.
As if someone had hit it with something heavy, with rage.
I looked around in confusion — there were only regular cars, people walking by, no one noticed anything.
The first thing that came to mind: maybe kids, or someone brushed against it by accident.
But the hits were too precise, too strong.
And then I remembered the dashcam.
I got into the car, turned on the screen and rewound the recording.
The first minutes — nothing. Just people with carts, cars, wind.
And then — he appeared.
A man in a black hoodie, with the hood up and dark glasses.
He stood a few steps from my car and just watched.
He didn’t move. Didn’t blink.
A minute. Two.
I felt sick.
Then he walked closer and suddenly began punching the hood — with rage, with force, as if he wanted to break through the metal.
I flinched, looking at the screen.
But soon he did something much worse
Continuation in the first comment
But the most terrifying part began when he stopped and lifted his head right into the camera.
I zoomed in. And I recognized him.
It was the man I had argued with in the parking lot a month ago.
I had accidentally scraped his car, leaving a scratch.
He was furious, shouting, demanding money, and then he said:
— We’ll meet again.
Back then I didn’t take it seriously.
But he didn’t forget.
I saved the footage and drove to the nearest police station.
The officer watched the video carefully and then calmly said:
— You’re lucky you didn’t come back to the car earlier. We’re already looking for this man — he’s connected to several attacks.
A few days later they called me: he had been arrested.
In the warehouse where he worked, they found belongings of other people he had stalked as well.
I turned off my phone and sat in the car for a long time, staring at my dented hood.
Now I always check the rearview mirror — just to make sure no one is following me anymore.
